Subsidies

The government encourages smart, future-ready improvements to your home. That is why you can apply for the ISDE subsidy, which covers measures including heat pumps and insulation. The exact amount depends on the type, output and energy label. Our heat pumps have the highest possible energy label: A+++.

Mortgage

When buying a new home, you can borrow extra for energy-saving measures such as a heat pump. This is often called a sustainability fund or energy-saving budget. Available from most mortgage lenders, it is a practical way to include sustainability improvements when purchasing or refinancing your home.
