Why Utrecht?

Over the past few years, we have built Weheat into what it is today from the Eindhoven region: our own heat pumps, a smart factory, and thousands of homes being heated more cleanly and smartly.

At the same time, the need grew for a location more central in the country, closer to our customers, installers, partners, and new colleagues. Utrecht is a logical choice: centrally located, easily accessible, and a city full of energy, talent, and innovation.

Our office at the factory will of course remain; it will continue to be the place where we develop and manufacture hardware and technology. In Utrecht we are focusing on everything the outside world sees and feels.

Utrecht is becoming a Weheat city

The Utrecht office will be led by one of our co-founders, Liselotte Graas. From Utrecht, she is building a compact, multidisciplinary hub that coordinates directly with the teams in Eindhoven.

The goal: to coordinate more quickly with installers and partners, to translate end-user demand into our products even more effectively, and to accelerate our growth even further. Utrecht will thus become the place where strategy and practice meet every day.

Vacancies in Utrecht

A new office naturally needs people, which is why we are looking for a founding team in Utrecht. Think of roles such as:

• Business Developer / Sales Engineer – further develops our relationships with installation companies and partners.
• Customer Support Lead – helps build our support organization into a scalable, customer-centric machine.
• Growth Associate – right-hand to the Commercial Lead, turning ideas and opportunities into concrete actions and projects.

In addition, we have an open Utrecht vacancy for people who feel they are a good fit for Weheat, but don't see themselves in one specific role.
