Weheat Flint achieves strong results

NTA 8800 requires complete input for heating and domestic hot water systems. The new declaration gives designers and advisers validated efficiency figures for both M and L draw-off profiles, with high scores:

Why does this BCRG declaration matter?

BENG (Nearly Energy-Neutral Buildings) assesses energy demand, primary fossil energy use and renewable energy share. Domestic hot water plays an increasing role. The updated declaration:

• Gives Flint a complete, transparent position within BENG

• Helps advisers substantiate Flint in BENG calculations

• Strengthens our position in new-build projects.

This addition makes it easier for installers to use Flint in new builds meeting current regulations. Alongside technical performance, we provide documentation that makes a difference in tenders and design decisions.

Updates for Sparrow and Blackbird
